What we do
Lead your family and community in faith and service through our local councils' programs.
We are men who lead, serve, protect and defend, whether we are giving out Coats for Kids, lending a hand in disaster relief efforts, supporting local pregnancy centers by donating ultrasound machines or providing top-quality financial products. Find out more about what we do.
Bread and Pastry Table
We reached seven years of supporting our community. Every Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., our brother knights distribute free bread and pastry to everybody who asks for it. No COVID or rain has stopped us from delivering the fruits of man's work to our community.
This activity has given to the community, over these 7 years, more than $400,000 in products in donation, using more than 11,000 hours of volunteering time, and more than 9,000 miles by car.
Tequeños y Empanadas
Saturday and Sundays, our brother Knights bring to you delicious Tequeños and empanadas. With the proceeding of the sale of our offering, we get the money to support different charities.
We had helped SKD to restart this fundraising activity, which is also operating during weekdays during the Bread and Pastries Program, until the end of the 8:30 am Mass (approximately 9:15 am). We are looking for volunteers to take care of this activity during the 7:00 pm mass. Volunteers do not have to be Knights of Columbus. We expect this activity will bring to SKD about $50,000 this year.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS INSURANCE
The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal benefit society, which means we can provide financial security to members and their families while turning premiums into charitable impact.

SUPPORT TO CHARITY ACTIVITIES TO FEED AND DRESS THE "HOMELESS" IN MIAMI
We met at SKD some priests that come during the week to officiate Mass at SKD and belong to a congregation called Order of Friars Capuchin Franciscan who is settling in a Parish in Little Havana and has joined us on this charitable activity.
SHIPPING MEDICAL UTENSILS, MEDICINES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT TO VENEZUELA.
Since 2018 we have been sending to several parishes in Venezuela medicines, food, and used clothing; the maritime freight has been achieved in donation because our donors "dilute" that freight cost within the expenses of the envois that it normally makes; it is the case that at the moment we are receiving more donations than "normal" and on the other hand things for our sponsor are slower, and this causes the shipments to be delayed beyond what we can accept to afford. Knowing the needs in Venezuela, KofC Council 14212 will pay for part of the freight.
